Who we are
This website is operated by Shenzhen Jewelives Industrial Co., Ltd (No.2 Egongling West Road, Liulian Community, Pingdi Street, Longgang, Shenzhen 518172, China), a silicone and plastic products manufacturer. We are the controller of the data collected here.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), country/region, product interest and the message you write.
- Member account (optional): your email address and password; files you upload to exchange with our team.
- Local preferences: your language choice and inquiry list are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
- Anonymous usage statistics: page views and interactions (clicks, form submissions) aggregated without identifying you personally.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and handle orders or samples. If you create an account, we use them to keep your inquiry history and file exchange running. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add it to third-party marketing lists.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Inquiries and accounts are stored in this site's cloud database, protected by access controls. We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes an order or you ask us to delete it sooner. Account files remain while the account is active.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run this site (web hosting, cloud database and the mail delivery service), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information where the law requires it. Your contact details may be shared internally with our sales team so we can reply to you.
How inquiries reach our mailbox
When you submit the form, your details are first saved to our own cloud database, and then forwarded to our sales mailbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay used by static sites. FormSubmit handles your data solely to deliver that message into our mailbox and may retain it briefly before discarding it. We use it for no advertising purpose and never pass your data to third-party marketing lists. You may bypass it entirely and contact us directly by email or WhatsApp at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time. Write to jls04@jewelives.com and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. You can also clear the inquiry list and language stored by this site by clearing your browser storage.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new date.
