Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer with our own factory in Longgang, Shenzhen, China — not a trading company or middleman. What we quote is made in our plant, and your contact is the factory itself.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM means we manufacture to your drawings, specifications and packaging. ODM means you select from 500+ original and patented designs while we adapt colors, branding and packaging. Both cover tooling, sampling, mass production and packing.
Can you produce private label?
Yes — private label is a core service: your logo on the product, custom silicone colors, your own packaging and retail-ready cartons, produced on the same certified lines as our own designs.
Which certifications and test reports do you hold?
The factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949, plus BSCI and Disney FAMA. Silicone items are tested to FDA and LFGB, with CE, REACH and EN71-2/3 reports where applicable, including silicone pet products. Item-level reports are shared on request.

Because you pay for material, tooling and production rather than a trading margin. The same factory that makes your sample makes the bulk order — one chain of responsibility, no middleman markup.
Can we visit the factory or arrange an audit?
Yes. Factory visits, video walk-throughs and third-party audits are welcome at our Longgang, Shenzhen address. We can also provide certificates and reports before an order.
